Working From Your Formulation

We review ingredient availability, extrusion behavior, expansion, texture, tooling compatibility and packaging. A formula that runs on another line may still need trials before routine production. For custom extruded snack projects, we review the product objective, ingredient system, texture, shape, packaging and market requirements before agreeing the development route.

Confidentiality

 Formulations, specifications, tooling and project requirements are treated confidentially. Ownership and usage rights are defined in the commercial agreement.

Developing a New OEM Product

Project review, formulation, extrusion and texture optimization, pilot trials and packaging. We evaluate ingredient performance, processing requirements before moving a new OEM snack product toward routine manufacturing. Product format, target texture, seasoning  application and packaging requirements are also considered as part of the development.
