Lentil flour is one of our central ingredient platforms: our commercial recipes are built on 37% lentil flour combined with corn flour and sunflower oil, and we were the first company in Türkiye to bring legume-based extruded chips to commercial production.
What Buyers Can Specify
Every lentil chip project is defined around the buyer’s market, not a fixed catalog. You can specify the lentil content and the supporting grain system, the target protein level, the shape — flat chips, squares, rings, triangles, pillows or a custom die — the expansion and density that define bite and crunch, and the seasoning direction.
Flavors and Seasoning Systems
Our commercial lentil range runs Salt & Vinegar, Chili Pepper & Lemon and Vegetables, and these are starting points rather than limits. Seasoning is applied as a surface system with controlled oil application, so flavor intensity, salt level and visual seasoning coverage can be tuned to the target market. Texture and Process
Lentil flour behaves differently from corn during extrusion: protein and fiber affect expansion and can make a product dense or fragile if the recipe and processing window are not balanced. Foodiva develops each formulation on twin-screw extrusion with controlled drying, so the finished chip keeps a light, crispy texture over the full shelf life rather than only at the tasting table.
Packaging and Logistics
Standard commercial format is a 50 g pack, 12 pieces per display, 80 boxes per pallet and 24,000 pieces per 40′ High Cube container, with a 9-month shelf life. Pillow bags, stand-up pouches, multipacks and bulk formats are available for private label programs, with barrier films selected to protect crispness in your distribution conditions.
